The institute will provide training and induction for disciplines that it can manage itself or in collaboration with other institutions.

The institute is responsible for maintaining educational and professional records for all students.

Student records must be provided to CVPE Punjab, Pakistan upon request. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the diploma.

The institute must train students according to the recognized syllabi for each program.

Upon completion of the syllabi, the institute will conduct exams and evaluate students appropriately.

The institute is responsible for arranging trade tests for students seeking diplomas or certificates through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or experience-based learning, including Distance Learning or Assignment-based assessment.

CVPE is not responsible for the attestation of testimonials by any agency in Pakistan. Furthermore, it is the institute's responsibility to inform students that the CVPE diploma/certificate is competency-based and does not hold equivalency with any other board, university, or agency in Pakistan.

No advertisements or promotional activities are allowed without prior written consent from CVPE Punjab, Pakistan.

CVPE Lahore reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend affiliations without notice or explanation.
